A big well done to Ballymore Cobh A.C.’s magnificent 7 athletes who competed in the recent Cork BHAA UCC 10k Road Race by the Lee.
The stand out performance on the day was by Brendan Ryan, who placed a very creditable 33rd out of almost 500 athletes, averaging a sublime 6:14 minute per mile pace.
Credit also to Shane Meyler who helped his Business House employer, Navy A.C., to a 3rd place finish in the B team category.
