Kitchen Assistant:
The Kitchen Assistant will work within the catering team at Cobh Community Hospital in Cork to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital kitchen. The role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to, and supporting the chefs and kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals to patients, staff, and visitors.

Caretaker: the role of caretaker in CCH will consist of the following responsibilities;
General maintenance of buildings, Grounds and equipment within their capabilities
Responsibility for stock, storage and distribution
Liaison with and supervision of contractors and service providers
Adhering to safety policies to ensure a safe working and residential environment
Reporting to and receiving direction from the director of nursing and the facilities manager
