Parade Theme*** “The Gathering Of The Green” *** Parade Theme
The 2013 Cobh St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Sunday March 17th starting on the Low Road between Cobh Railway Station and Whitepoint at 3.30 pm. See You in Cobh, Cobh Tourism and Cobh Tidy Towns will again join forces to organise the Cobh St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 2013.
In this the year of The Gathering Ireland 2013, all participants in the Cobh Parade and the General Public coming to view it are invited to embrace the theme “The Gathering of The Green”.
Consider reflecting life in Cobh, the Great Island and Cork Harbour in all its various guises by dressing up and decorating Floats, Vehicles and creating imaginative entries for the occasion and joining in the fun!
To encourage maximum participation there will once again be no entry fee and no financial contribution is being sought any from the business community.
Participation is open to Individuals, Groups, Associations, Companies, Businesses and Sporting Clubs from all around Cork Harbour and we encourage as many as possible to enter this year’s Parade and help us to exceed the success of last year.
To receive an entry form, which must be returned no later than 8th March, please email hendrickverwey@gmail.com or phone 087 2593850
