Cobh GAA & Cobh Camogie Club Community Health and Wellbeing Evening proved a great success on Thursday, February 25th last. Guest speakers included Majella Canty from The Samaritans, Adam McCarthy who specialises in Strength and conditioning and HSE’s Shirley O’Shea, who all had valuable advice on exercise, nutrition, stress management and looking after our general health and wellbeing. Stands on the night included Ballymore Running Club, Diabetes Check, Coral Leisure, The Samaritans, Blood Pressure Check, Cobh GAA, Cobh Ladies Football Club and lots more.
All in all it was a very informative night and a great success! Cobh GAA were delighted to host such a fantastic evening and we would like to thank everyone that came on the night. A big thank you to our guest speakers, clubs and associations who gave there time and shared there knowledge.
