Springfield Ramblers 1-4 Douglas Hall
The score line does not reflect the game as it played out because if the home team took their chances the score line would have been different. Going a goal down against the run of play they battled back to equalise when a brilliant header by Colin hit the back of the net. As the game entered its final 10minutes the visitors took full advantage of poor defending.
Best on the day Luke, Colin, and man of the match Jae.

Douglas Hall 1-1 Springfield Ramblers
Despite a shaky opening 10 minutes rams settled and were dominant for the next 20 minutes. An Alex Lynch free-kick on goal was fumbled by the keeper and Jake Ryan was on hand to tap in for the lead. Despite a number of great attacks by Rams, Douglas defended well and went in 1 down at half time. Douglas put Ramblers under huge pressure for most of the second half, playing with the very strong wind. A free kick awarded outside the box and resulted in Douglas getting the equaliser after 15minutes. All the Rams defended magnificently for the remainder of the half finishing 1-1. This was a fabulous result for the lads and an excellent all round team performance involving all squad members. MOTM very difficult to pick one but this week given to our excellent keeper Darragh Burke.
