CDYS COBH aims to strengthen and support the community of Cobh. We are hoping to expand our counselling service, one to one mentoring and supporting all local groups. We hope that any organisation looking for premises in Cobh could approach us in that regard or for any kind of support and come under the CDYS Cobh Umbrella. We are extremely lucky to have so many dedicated and passionate volunteers that have expertise in many areas. This group has enormous potential and we would like to be able to expand our groups. If you have a group in mind that you think is missing from the community please come and speak with us as we maybe able to help you get is started. CDYS COBH has a wider variety of educational programmes and activities for young people to be involved in while also supporting new and existing clubs such as The Jack Doyle Boxing Club and the Great Island Youth Club. The volunteers, with the support of the Feabhas GYDP staff, are also in the process of introducing new initiatives focusing on individual and family support for young people.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please contact or call into any of our local offices who would only be delighted to hear from you by contacting us on 086 3065517
