Breaking The Silence is a Cobh based voluntary that helps to create a Suicide Safer Community by connecting the person at risk of Suicide with life preserving resources. The group aims to listen, educate, support and train the community on Suicide.
We are an entirely voluntary Community Group and without the support of the Community we could not do the work that we do. Numerous Safe Talk and ASIST Training Programmes have already taken place this year and plans are in motion to deliver many more Training Programmes for the remainder of the year.
For information on upcoming courses and activities with Breaking The Silence please email breakingthesilencobh@gmail.com and to keep up to date with group activities you can find us on facebook by searching for ‘Breaking The Silence Cobh’.
