Commodore Hotel Fri.7th Nov – Sun 9th Nov 2014 – 8pm Nightly
An absolute must for theatre goers. A total of 10 groups will participate in this competition, travelling from different parts of Ireland including Clare, Limerick, Wicklow and Cork. There will be three plays on Friday night, including HTG’s production of “The Boundary” a black comedy, written by Tom Stoppard. Our own Pat & Joan Mahony and Tony O’ Hanlon take to the stage for this production. There are four plays on Saturday night and three on Sunday night. The festival offers a mixture of comedy and drama. Our adjudicator is well known playwright and Ex. Irish Examiner columnist Mr. Declan Hassett.
Tickets available from both Gibbs Chemist and Cobh Pharmacy and cost 12.00 Euro for one night or 25.00 Euro for a 3 night festival ticket.
Come along to the Commodore and enjoy the variety of theatre a one act festival has to offer and support HTG as they continue to perform in a further 4 festivals and hopefully qualify for the All Ireland One Act Finals.
