The countdown is now on to one of the most exciting fundraisers ever held in Cobh. On Friday 13th February Strictly Cobh Dancing will see twelve couples take to the dance floor in front of a capacity audience in the Commodore Hotel.
The glitz and glamour, dance routines that have been rehearsed since last November, a mega raffle and some celebrity judges will make for a great
night’s entertainment. This fundraiser is in aid of the Sonia O’Sullivan statue, which will be unveiled in the late summer if the necessary €33,000 can be raised.
Businesses can assist in the fundraising effort by advertising in the programme. A full page costs €150, half page €100 and quarter page €50. To advertise please contact Hendrick Verwey without delay on 087 2593850 or email hendrickverwey@gmail.com. Raffle tickets are also on sale from the dancers, in Ryans Bar and other outlets. They cost €5 for three lines and no less than 5 weekends away are included in the line up of fantastic prizes.
