NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Great Island Community Forum will be held at The Commodore Hotel in the Jack Doyle Room on the 14th September 2016 at 8pm.
AGENDA:
1. Minutes of Previous Annual General Meeting,
2. Forum Report,
3. Financial Report,
4. Nominations of representatives for which due notice is given herein,
5. Election of Forum members,
6. Any Other Business.
The following pillars will be looking for nominations on the night if you are actively involved in any of the areas and would like to put your name forward:
– Community Supports & Services (1 seat available)
– Business and Tourism (1 seat available)
– Hobbies & Leisure (1 seat available)
– Education (2 seats available)
– Community/ Residents Association (3 seats available)
– Disability Groups & Services (1 seat available)
– Young People (2 seats available)
– Carers’ Groups & Services (1 seat available)
Nominations and elections will take place on the night of the AGM. This is a public meeting and all are welcome to attend.
