A celebration of Shrove Traditions, Mardis Gras/ Pancake Tuesday,etc.
SIRIUS ARTS CENTRE, COBH
1.PM on Tuesday Feb 13:
Illustrated Lecture on Shrove and its traditions by Shane Lehane,Culture and Heritage Studies, CSN College of Further Education, Cork.
This lecture will be followed by songs by Jimmy Crowley, and music on the harp played by Bonnie Shaljean.
RYAN’S BAR, CASEMENT SQUARE, COBH 7-9 PM
6:30-9 PM Feb 13:
Recital of traditional singing with the the Cork Singers’
Club and Cobh singers, hosted by Conor and Jessie Anthony

The Skilligin’ Ball. Featuring the Carrigcove Ceilí Band
Shrove supper will be served.
