The Football Association of Ireland is delighted to announce that over 21,000 FAI Season Tickets have been renewed for the senior men’s team as Ireland supporters look forward to supporting the national team at the Aviva Stadium in 2024.
The FAI Season Ticket, which went on public sale last week, has seen a massive response from existing Season Ticket Holders to the package with 21,000+ season tickets sold already for next year’s campaign.
With the fixtures for next year still to be decided, Ireland supporters are guaranteed a UEFA Nations League campaign, with the fixtures to be played in each of September, October and November 2024. The draw for the competition will take place on February 8 and possible opponents include England, Wales and Norway amongst others.
Attendances for the senior men’s team have continued to grow year-on-year with this year’s average attendance currently at 44,929, up on 41,735 last year and 22% higher than 2019 as supporters continue to enjoy the match-day experience at the Aviva Stadium.
FAI Commercial Director Sean Kavanagh said: “We are delighted with the initial response to the Season Ticket package for 2024 and we’re looking forward to another exciting year of action at the Aviva Stadium.
“Once again, the strength of our season ticket sales for the senior men’s team in 2024 are a reflection of both the unrivalled support of the team but also the progress we’ve made in terms of the wider experience at the Aviva Stadium and our approach to engaging with our loyal fan-base. We take nothing for granted and want to continue to grow attendances across the board for all of our international teams, including our senior women’s team who next year will be competing at the highest level in the UEFA European Championships qualifying campaign.”
The season ticket package also includes access to the Ireland U-21s fixtures as they look to qualify for the UEFA U-21 European Championships for the first time ever after a fantastic start to the campaign this year with wins over Turkey, Latvia and San Marino.
The FAI Season Ticket is on general sale now for a limited time only with supporters urged to act quickly in order to guarantee their seat at the Aviva Stadium for the 2024 campaign. You can get your FAI Season Ticket here.
Season ticket prices range from €150 in Category D to €320 for Category A with student tickets available at €150, child ticket at €80 and family tickets at €460. All prices quoted exclude Ticketmaster service charges. Supporters can pay in full, pay 50/50 or avail of an interest free payment option.
