Great performance by the team to win 2 nil.midfielders Jason Abbott,David Curran controlled the centre of the park and allowed the brillant full backs Paul Ronan and Adam Thompson to push on and support the midfield .David cahil was a constant torn in Douglas defence and both wide men ,Loyd Spillane, Jason Dunphy put in some great crosses. after a great run by Dave Curran he beat two players before shooting into the far corner to give Cobh a won nil lead.the second goal came from great work by man of the match Jason dunphy,after coming inside his man he struck a thunderbolt into the top right hand corner to win the game on a scoreline of two nil.well done to Douglas hall goalkeeper who made some great saves in the match.this result keeps the lads in second place and still unbeaten in the league.
