David Stanton has welcomed the approval of a major extension and refurbishment for Carrignafoy Community College, Cobh, which will be delivered in 2023/2024. The project will be delivered by Cork Education and Training Board (CETB) who are the patrons of the school.
“It is great news that CETB have been given the go ahead by the Department of Education and Skills to progress this project. I understand that funding is already ringfenced for the works which will be of great benefit to teachers, staff and students”, said David Stanton, Minister of State at the Department of Justice and Equality Fine Gael general election candidate for Cork East.
