Cobh Credit Union Young Peoples Awards deadline 31st October

Cobh Credit Union has introduced its Young Peoples Award to recognise and celebrate the exceptional achievements of the young people in our community. These annual awards will demonstrate Cobh Credit Unions’ commitment to celebrating a culture of excellence. Our Young Peoples Awards aim to recognise and celebrate those young people who stand out in their academic, sporting, creative arts, and apprenticeship achievements, details of which are outlined below:
Academic Excellence Awards
Academic Achievement: Celebrating students who have exhibited exceptional proficiency in their chosen 3rd Level Course, showcasing their dedication and passion for learning.
Sports and Athletics Awards
Sporting Achievement: Honouring student-athletes who have achieved remarkable success in their respective sports, showcasing dedication, skill, and sportsmanship.
Creative Arts Awards
Outstanding Performing Artist: Celebrating students who excel in the performing arts, writing, theatre, Music & visual arts.
Apprenticeship Awards
Outstanding Performance Award: Recognising apprentices who demonstrate a high level of ability in their chosen trade, demonstrating exceptional skills, diligence, and a strong work ethic.
How Awards are Selected
Our awards are selected following a review by an independent Panel of Judges. Each award is designed to recognise exceptional accomplishments and qualities that make students true ambassadors for our community.
We believe that celebrating our young peoples’ achievements, will not only inspire them to reach even greater heights but contribute positively to the world around them.
