Following a meeting of the Cobh Diaspora Working Party it is proposed to invite those with connections to Cobh who are living abroad back to Cobh to reconnect with friends and family here next year. To achieve this a seminar will be held in July 2012 whch will have contributions from those from Cobh who have done well abroad to share their insights and experiences with those interested.
If you would like to help this exciting proposal become a reality, come to a public meeting on Monday, 19th September in Cobh Communitity Centre at 8pm. Mayor Jim Quinlan will chair the meeting and all are welcome
