Cobh Family Resource Centre After-School Service

The Cobh Family Resource centre Park House, Cloyne Terrace has been operating an After-School Service for the past 8 years. The After-School Service provides the children in Primary School (5-12year olds) with help with their Homework, Fun activities and a nutritious snack to fuel their energy after a busy day in School.  The Service is run by 3 qualified childcare staff.  The adult to child ratio in the After-School is 1:7 so each child receives one to one help if needed every day. The Service is both a learning and fun time for the children, it is a great social experience for the children along with the practical advantage of getting their homework done.  Summer Camps and other holiday Camps are run from the centre annually. On these camps we endeavour to incorporate as many new experiences for the children as possible.
