The triathlon season may be over, but the members of Cobh Triathlon Club are as busy as ever! The following is an update of some of our upcoming events:
On the morning of the 12th November, Cobh Triathlon Club will be doing a clean up of the Cuskinny and surrounding areas, meeting at Cuskinny car park at 10.00am. As we frequently use this are for training, we would really encourage as many club members as possible to turn up on the day and give a helping hand. We would like to thanks Cobh Tidy Towns committee for their assistance with this event.
On Saturday 10th December, some of our club members will be running a mini/half/full marathon in either Clonakilty or Waterford. Follwing this, there will be an awards night, where the club person of the year will receive a years gym membership to the value of E590 which has generously been provided by Coral Leisure Centre. The venue and details of this night have yet to be confirmed.
On Saturday 17th December we will be holding a charity spinathon in Cobh town, in aid of a number of local charities. Details of this will also be confirmed soon, and your support would be greatly appreciated.
