Cobh Wanderers host Corinthians and holders Rockmount face Midleton test in Intermediate Cup 4th round

FAI Intermediate Cup holders Rockmount face a difficult local derby in their continued defence of the title as they travel to Midleton in the fourth round.
In the FAI Junior Cup, the fifth round draw saw Westport United welcome Kilkenny’s Evergreen to Mayo whilst Donegal’s Letterkenny Rovers travel to Galway to face Mervue United.
The fourth round of the Intermediate Cup sees eight teams from both the Munster Senior League and the Leinster Senior League left in the competition as Wayside Celtic face a long trip down to Wilton United.
The fifth round of the Junior Cup sees teams from up and down the country still involved in the competition as Clare’s Avenue United, who knocked out the holders Newmarket Celtic earlier in the competition, face a trip to Tallaght to face Tallaght United.
Both draws were completed at FAI HQ earlier today by Assistant Director of Football Shane Robinson and FAI Head of Competitions Fran Gavin with all of the ties set to be played on the week ending January 21, 2024.
