Cork County Council, Cobh Municipal District has launched the Cobh Municipal District Streetscape, Painting, Signage, and Improvement Scheme 2022. Applications are invited from tenants or owners of buildings in the town of Cobh who may qualify for financial assistance under the scheme to assist in improving the overall appearance of buildings.
There is a grant of up to 50% for individual buildings. A contribution to a maximum of 75% will be paid towards the cost of materials where it is proposed the tenant / owner will undertake the works themselves. Grant eligibility includes painting, flower baskets, shop front signage etc.
Launching the scheme, Cllr.
