Cork Safety Alerts Re-Launches Innovative Mobile App for Instant Safety Updates and Incident Reporting

Cork Safety Alerts, is proud to announce the re-launch of their mobile app, available on iOS (immediately) and Android platforms (coming shortly.) The new app aims to provide residents and visitors of Cork with an easy-to-use tool for staying informed about the latest traffic, travel and local news in Cork.

Since its formation in 2013, Cork Safety Alerts has evolved into destination Facebook page, Twitter accounts and Instagram page for area citizens seeking up-to-the-minute traffic, travel and weather related news.

Cork Safety Alerts presence has been a beacon of information and awareness in recent extreme weather, establishing its importance in the Cork community. The revamped app marks a step forward in mobile information access including live alerts and local news, direct from the Cork Safety Alerts team displayed in a categorised feed within the mobile application.

With the Cork Safety Alerts app, users can stay up-to-date with the latest news in Cork, including; traffic updates, weather warnings, local news and community area alerts. Users can also submit incident reports to the Cork Safety Alert team, allowing for quick and efficient communication and publication.

The app has been designed with user experience in mind, providing a clean and intuitive interface that is easy to navigate. Users have the ability of viewing all reports/incidents submitted to the team, by themselves directly within the app along with the status of the report. The Cork Safety Alerts app has been designed by local App Developer, Krisztian Balogh after he reached out to the team offering assistance in creating new mobile apps.

The Cork Safety Alerts app is an essential tool for anyone living or commuting in Cork, providing a centralised location for the latest traffic, safety news and alerts. The app is available for download on both iOS and Android platforms, and is completely free to use.
