Detox & Get Into Shape

Anyone who is interested in doing a detox to help get in shape for summer please email me on jackieforever2@gmail.com. People think that doing a detox is just about losing weight, and while you will lose weight if you have it to lose, the detox is actually about cleansing your body of toxins that build up and remain in your system.

It is a known fact that exercise is not as effective if your body is full of toxins, therefore if you do a detox and then start an exercise regime you are more likely to get good results. I did the detox myself about 2 months and had fabulous results from it. I actually enjoyed every minute of it and got slightly addicted to the vanilla flavoured shake..
