Are recruiting a Flexi-timer to cover peak trading times at Christmas

The position will be based in Debenhams. Urban Decay is an established brand in the UK and Ireland and boasts some of the most innovative products in the Cosmetics industry.

This role requires an applicant with experience in both retail cosmetics sales and make up artistry skills

Your people skills must be top notch, so as to ensure all targets and develop loyalty of customers

You will need to be very confident, outgoing, and have bags of enthusiasm together with a love of the brand.

You must be able to achieve targets by maximizing sales to customers, using traffic stopping techniques consistently. 

You must be highly motivated, creative and enjoy the buzz of working with people

In return we offer a competitive salary and commission rate of 3% on all personal sales. Training is provided in store.
