Fota Island Adventure wins “Sports Business of the Year” award at the Irish Sports Industry Awards

Fota Island Adventure has been awarded “Sports Business of the Year” at the annual Irish Sports Industry Awards, held on Wednesday 7th March at Smock Alley Theatre.
Presented by Joanne Cantwell from RTE, Fota Island Adventure were one of 12 winners at the awards on evening which recognise and reward excellence in the sporting industry, while simultaneously highlighting the contribution of Sport to Ireland.
Derek Binchy of Fota Island Adventure said “I’m delighted for the whole team here at Fota Island Adventure. This award is a true testament to the brilliant work and dedication that everyone puts in on a daily basis. We’re constantly evolving and aiming to be the best that we can be and thanks to the amazing partnership with Fota Island Resort we have some very exciting developments in the pipeline.”
