Marketing Intern – Titanic Experience Cobh/Tregan Craft Centre

Titanic Experience Cobh/Tregan Craft Centre are looking for an enthusiastic Online Marketing Intern to join our team from now.  The person should be self motivated, energetic, a hard worker and be willing to work as part of a team.

A detailed Outline of the Role is contained below and includes:

This would include:
– Maintenance of websites for both businesses
– Maintenance of Facebook & Twitter for Tregan & Titanic
– Development of advertising materials print and online
– Development of special offers as appropriate

Analysis of Customer Service Issues

This would include:

– Monitoring feedback on social media and websites and commenting where appropriate
– Keeping management updated with all feedback to ensure all issues can be addressed as appropriate
– This feedback should culminate in suggestions for improvements on an ongoing basis
