Memory Skills for Life – Cobh Catalyst Networking Event for Women in Business

It’s a classic situation – you meet someone new, and then a few minutes later you’ve forgotten their name!

For our fifth event, we have invited Brian McElhone to come along to give a simple demonstration on associative memory techniques.  Brian’s company, Rated Research is an award winning business that specialises in helping students master valuable memorization techniques to help them better deal with the academic world.

To ease us in gently into the world of associative memory techniques, Brian will start with how to memorise shopping lists without making a list and then maybe even how to remember the list backwards!

We are inviting all women in business to come along for what promises to be a light hearted but memorable event!

This event is part of the SECAD Catalyst project which provides opportunities for women to build connections with other business women and aspiring entrepreneurs throughout South & East Cork.  The Catalyst Project in Cobh was established in association with Cobh & Harbour Chamber.

The event also provides an opportunity to publicise your business so bring your business cards, flyers and brochures.

This event will take place on Wednesday, 1^st February in the Commodore Hotel, Cobh at 6.00 pm.  We look forward to meeting you and we would be delighted if you would let other women in business know about the event and encourage them to attend.
