Sirius Arts Centre is a non-profit multidisciplinary centre for the arts in Cobh. Running exhibitions, music concerts and Community Engagement activities, as well as an internationally recognised Artist in Residency Programme, the Sirius is housed in the listed heritage building, known formerly as the Old Royal Yacht Club.
Like many arts organisations, this year is a struggle for Sirius due to the economic downturn and €20,000 in funding cuts. This Open Garden fundraiser is a way you can come out and enjoy one of the jewels in East Cork at Cuskinny House and help support this worthwhile organisation at the same time.
Local Wildlife Expert Jim Wilson will give a guided talk “Exploring Cuskinny’s Wildlife” at 3:00pm on the day – an event you definitely won’t want to miss!
