Results and Thanks – Great Island Golf Classic In Aid of COPE

A fundraiser for COPE (Cobh) was held in Cobh Golf Club during the summer. It turned out to be a wonderful day with 37 teams competing.
Winning teams on the day were 1st: Colm O’Reilly, Cormac Wise, Willie Fortune (57 Nett) 2nd Niall Abbott, J Cronin, J Clifford (57 Nett) 3rd D Moynihan, J Moynihan, M Meaney (59 Nett) 4th Frank O’Neill, Brian Daly, T Moynihan (59Nett)
A special word of thanks to Cobh Golf Club for facilitating us on the day, to all the 37 Teams who competed. to all those who sponsored tee boxes and gave us donations.
A total of €2,755 was raised and all of this will be used to enhance the special needs facilities at the Park Road Centre and at Cobh Community Centre.
We hope that we can rely on your support next year.
