Homeless McGoldrig once had splendid things. But he has lost it all — including his mind. He now dives into the wonderful wounds of his past through the romantic world of Rudolph Valentino, in this brave, bold, beautiful production. Winner of Fringe First and Herald Angel Awards at Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2011, “Silent” is currently wowing audiences on its extensive tour in Ireland, Europe and the USA. Written and performed by Pat Kinevane this play is coming to the Commodore Hotel Cobh on 21st and 22nd June and promises to be amazing! Pat is originally from Cobh and has achieved numerous national and international accolades through this acting career. Silent is directed by Jim Culleton, composed by Denis Clohessy and produced by Marketa Dowling. Breaking The Silence have been chosen by Pat as his nominated charity in terms of the proceeds from the 21st June performance and are extremely humbled at this very kind gesture by somebody who is respected so much in Cobh, across the county of Cork and indeed across Ireland.
For tickets for this spectacular show you can contact Breaking The Silence on email fundraisingbts@gmail.com and they will cost €20 to get them from Breaking The Silence directly. If you wish to get your tickets from the Cork Midsummer Festival then the cost will be €21 as it will include a €1 booking fee www.corkmidsummer.com
