COBH (TRAFFIC AND PARKING) BYE-LAWS 2010.
Notice is given that Cobh Town Council intends reviewing the above Bye-Laws pursuant to Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 (No. 7 of 1994) with respect to certain streets in the Town of Cobh. These Bye-Laws make provision for the regulation of paid on-street parking in the town centre area.
A copy of the Bye-Laws may be purchased at the Town Hall, Carrig House, Cobh on payment of a fee of €3.00 and may also be inspected free of charge at the Town Hall during normal opening hours.
The Bye-Laws will be on public display up to and including Friday 2 September, 2011.
Persons wishing to make observations on the Bye-Laws should submit same in writing before 5 p.m. on Friday 16 September, 2011.
