On Saturday morning 25th September, 11 volunteers came out to support the Cobh Tidy Towns regular clean up campaign. Park Road, Ahern’s Place, Edmund Rice Cresent and Orelia Terrace had litter picked and the footpaths and road edges swept.
The large canon and one seat in the Promenade were also repainted.
Regular clean ups continue every Saturday at 10 am and Tuesday at 6.30 pm. Meet promptly at the playground on the Five Foot Way or call Hendrick on 087 2593850 for more details.
