The 2010 Cobh St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place on Wednesday March 17th starting at 3.30 pm.
A cross community partnership of See You in Cobh, Cobh Tourism and Cobh Tidy Towns Committee are organising the 2010 Cobh St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Last year, in view of the economic situation and to encourage maximum participation there was no entry fee for participants and no contributions were sought from the business community. The Parade was the best seen in Cobh for many years!
In order to stage a Parade that we will all be proud of, this year we again hope to raise sufficient funds through a bag-packing fundraiser on 26th and 27th February in Garvey’s Supervalu. Your support would be greatly appreciated!
To get people in the mood for our National Holiday a St. Patrick’s Concert will be held in the Great Island Community Centre from 8pm to 10.30pm on Tuesday 16th March. Tickets costing just €10 will be available shortly.
See www.seeyouincobh.com for details.
