Children across Cork have been invited to come and visit Santa Claus and his group of Elves and watch them perform at the Cork North Pole Outpost Experience for a fun and imaginative theatrical production.
The Cork North Pole Experience, in association with Cobh Tourism, was officially launched on 1 December and runs through December at Cuskinny Court, Cobh. Families are encouraged to come along and take a magical journey back to a time where Christmas was about creating magical memories together.
Official Christmas Helpers Hendrick Verwey, Cobh Tourism, Caitriona Johanson, Cuskinny Court and Erik Johansson, The Green Man Studios welcomed the Real Cork Elves to their new location.
“We are busy preparing our new home for the visitors and can’t wait to meet the children and show them around the Elf Academy. All of the Elves, in particular Jimmy Barry Burpey, Sonia O’Superfast, and Christy O-Ring-A-Rosie, are delighted to return to Cork this Winter.” said the Head Elf.
Children can check to see if they are on the naughty or nice list in the, post letters and lists to Santa at the Elf Post Office. Hot drinks and cookies fresh from Mrs Claus’s kitchen will be served to all visitors before going on to meet Santa Claus.
“The Cork North Pole experience provides adults and children with a haven from the commercial stress of the holiday season, we are delighted to welcome the Cork Elves to Cobh and surprised to find that some of our friends, even those from the Cobh Road Train, have been undercover elves all this time.” said Henrick Verwey, Cobh Tourism.
The Experience is an all-inclusive fun and imaginative theatrical production bringing to life the real values of a Cork good old fashioned Christmas.
