An exhibition of new work from street artist Vincent Zara “ Lost At Sea” featuring portraits of Rory Gallagher opens this Saturday, 7th November at 2pm. The exhibition will take place in the recently renovated Cobh Maritime Development building located on the main platform in Cobh Railway Station.
Guest speaker on the day is Rory’s nephew Eoin Gallagher, General Manager of Camden Palace Arts Centre and the Rory Gallagher Recording Studios. Joining Eoin will be local Cobh man, Karl Long from the Cobh Blues Club, who will play some vintage Rory Gallagher tunes. Cobh Pastimes will also be present, offering visitors the experience of getting a professional photograph with Rory Gallagher (cutting edge technology!). Complimentary food and drink will be served.
Vincent Zara exhibition will run from Saturday 7th November until Sunday 29th November. Cobh Maritime Building is open every day from 11am – 4.30pm.
All welcome.
