Cobh (Great Island) Community Centre is seeking applications for the position of permanent part-time Caretaker. The Caretaker will report to the Manager and will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the Community Centre.
The ideal candidate should:
• Be a team player
• Be willing to work flexible hours
• Hands on approach
• Must be able to perform physical demands e.g. lifting, etc.,
• Suitably skilled in DIY and/or maintenance
• Attend Training when requested
• Confidentially
• Must undergo Garda Vetting
• Meet POBAL Criteria
