Cobh Ramblers confirm U19 Coaching Staff

Cobh Ramblers FC are pleased to confirm the make-up of the club’s U19 Coaching Staff for the upcoming 2020 season.
Ivan Bevan will continue as U19 Head Coach, his third season at St Colman’s Park. Last year’s background team of Damien Rowe, Kieran Dunlea and Jamie Buckley will remain in place. Joining the set-up is last season’s U17 Goalkeeping Coach Sean McDermott, who will now hold the same role with the U19 side.
Speaking on the news, Ivan had this to say,
“We’re looking forward to the season ahead. Pre-season will start in early January. The core of last year’s squad remain underage and we have some great U17s to add in as well. We’ll also be inviting some outside players to training and see how they get on. It’s a busy time and it’s great to be back into it.”
As the final step in the club’s underage set-up, our U19 side plays a key role in the underage development of players. Current senior players such as Ben O’Riordan, Jamie O’Sullivan and Stephen O’Leary have all used the side as a platform for senior football in recent years.
