On the playing front Ramblers Under 19’s made the long trip to Drogheda and got back to winning ways in the league with a 2-0 victory. Ramblers have been drawn away to Cork City in the FAI Under 19 Cup semi-final, to be played in the new year.
Last Saturday night the club held its’ annual awards in the clubhouse. The following were the awards recipients:
Young Player of the Year: Brendain Frahill.
Under 19 Player of the Year: Kynan Rocks.
Senior Player of the Year: John Meade.
Supporters Player of the Year: Brian Fitzgerald.
Supporters Young Player of the Year: Shane Hallahan.
Ramblers legend Eddie O’Halloran was a popular recipient of the Hall of Fame award.
