Anybody else sick to their teeth of the crowd coming around sending their young kids to the door with FAKE sponsorship cards from schools? There are kids around the estates of Cobh with very poorly photo-copied sponsored-walk cards. If you challenge them about the validity of it, they will suddenly lose the power to speak English.I live in Cluain-ard and it’s very common now.
The Guardi wont act on it at all. What if the schools wanted to legitimately run a sponsored event? Who is going to trust the genuine kids now after these crooks have been calling once a month? Cobh People need to put a halt to this ASAP.
