Feile na Saor is the only festival of it’s kind in Ireland – a not for profit event which not only provides family fun, live music, a dance tent, camping, ethnic structures like Native American Tipis and Mongolian yurts, but also offers a wide range of interesting speakers on topics such as Permaculture, Natural Healing, Modern day activism, and the ins and outs of dealing with the increasingly prominent legal issues of our time.
Since it is a not for profit event there will be no entrance fee – but you will be asked for a small donation (€10 – more if you can afford it – less if you can’t!). The public will enjoy the mellow surroundings of the ethnic structures and the various workshops taking place. These will include Tai Chi, Wild Food walks, and even cloud busting!
There will of course be a wide range of live music – and local musicians are more than welcome to come along with their instruments to join in the craic! We will also have a kids disco on to keep the little ones amused.
So please come along to our family event to enjoy the music, the culture and of course to learn from our speakers who are coming from far and wide to share their knowledge and experiences to empower people in these difficult times.
