Manage Stress and Flourish Under Pressure- Catalyst Cobh Networking Event for Women in Business

Catalyst Cobh, a networking group for women in business, will hold an event designed to women in business. The event will be held in Robin Hill Clinic, Rushbrooke, Cobh, on Wednesday, 19th June at 6.30pm.

Guest speaker for the event is Brenda Roche of, Libra Coaching and Training Services. Brenda provides training courses works to business women nationwide based on positive psychology. Using 5 essential elements of well-being; positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment, the programme are designed to help business women to manage their stress and flourish under pressure.

The event marks the beginning of the 3rd year of the Catalyst group and members are reminded that annual subscription is now required at just EUR30 inclusive of all events for the year.
