Marlogue Set To Rumble Once Again

When Cobhman Phil Cummins decided that there was room for a Traditional Tattoo & World Culture Festival on the Great Island, the selecting of venue would be one of the most important decisions he would make. Did he get it right when he opted for Marlogue? Indeed he did!!

After last years huge success, we are now only days away from the second Traditional Tattoo & World Culture Festival, and things are beginning to take shape at Marlogue with tents, Marquees and the like already being errected for what is set to be nothing less than a spectacular event packed weekend of entertainment. Tattoo artists from all around the globe are set to hit Cobh over the Bank Holiday weekend when local pub, The Marlogue Inn plays host to Ireland’s second Traditional Tattoo & World Culture Festival. This event will without doubt once again be a sellout as tattoo lovers will decend on the town for this four-day event.

This is an anthropological journey through tattoo,music,art and dance. There will be a showcase of tattoo artists from across the globe performing various forms of tattoo from hand poking to hand tapping and machine work and beyond. All artists are available to work on the public so come along and be tattooed by some of the most ancient forms and modern forms of the art. Attending again this year will be ManWoman, the author of Gentle Swastika. ManWoman is the worlds leader in reclaiming the swastika for it true meaning and purpose as a positive symbol of good luck,peace,harmony and love.

Ticket pricing is:

€60 for four days with camping.
€15 per night with camping
€10 for a day pass. Kids under 12 go free
€25 for two adults and two teenagers for day pass
