Please note that Breaking The Silence will hold their next free training workshop in Cobh on 27th Jan 2011. This training is a free three hour workshop called SAFE TALK and it will take place at Cobh Convent of Mercy starting at 6.45pm. The SAFE in SAFE TALK stands for Suicide Awareness For Everybody and this workshop will focus on Suicide Intervention and how to create a Suicide Safer Community. Everybody is very welcome and to attend this you just need to register by emailing breakingthesilencecobh@gmail.com
Also our Remembrance Mass will take place on 6th Feb 2011 and I am re-attaching the details for that, it is expected that there will be a large attendance and everybody is also very welcome to this.
