The Rebel Riders MCC club is delighted to announce that we have reached our target of €50,000 for Marymount. We presented our cheque last Wednesday, 19th of October at the new hospice Bishopstown. We would like to thank the all who made this possible for what at times seemed like a non-reachable goal . The following who helped us are Dunnes stores Ballyvolane , Supervalue Cobh , people of Cobh and Macroom, who gave money so willingly and who made us welcome each year. James Cahill, Our Collectors, RedFm, Evening Echo, The Examiner, Cobh Edition, Inside Cobh, Croinin’s Bar – Crosshaven, our own members and the Traffic Corps for helping with the run.
Also the Friends of Marymount Hospice who where always supportive to us, and if I’ve forgotten anyone, thank you also. We wish all in Marymount all the best in their new building and continued success and we are so happy to have helped out toward this wonderful facility and assisted in making a dream come true.
