This was a gutsy performance from the Cobh lads which saw them lose this game by the odd goal.Evan O‘Leary finished well to give the home side their only goal.Shane Kinsella and Evan Scannell played well for the home side.

Congratulations to the lads who secured promotion with a fine win today. The lads put in a massive effort for the whole season and can be very proud of themselves. A special mention goes to our defence who only conceded 10 goals all season, no mean feat. Well done again lads.

Awards Night Change of Date

Due to the fact that some of our teams are involved in important games at the end of the season the annual Player Of The Year Awards ceremony has been put back to Friday 7th June in the Commodore Hotel at 7 pm. The parents of all players are cordially invited to this event where the players from each team are rewarded in three categories for their efforts during the season. This is also an opportunity for the parents to catch up on some club news.
