Castleview Springfield Ramblers
This was a good team performance in which the Springfield Ramblers defence dominated and were the main reason for our 1-0 win. A well hit corner by Michael Meaney which was powerfully headed home by James O’Carroll put Springfield Ramblers on the road to victory. With defences on top Springfield Ramblers lead by Dean Keating and Stephen Horgan ensured Castleview were reduced to long efforts which were well dealt with by Ryan Scannell. Others to impress in a hard fought game were Tim Fannon and Man of the Match James Stoate.
