Cobh Peoples Regatta is again under serious threat with this years festival currently €6000, short of budget. The Regatta committee is currently paying back a €7000 personal loan, due to debts inccured over the last few years and borrowing more money is no longer an option.
Fundraisers remaining include the Save the Regatta Concert on Friday July 29th, and we have a number of Swimmers taken part in the Spike to Cobh Annual Swim on Sunday 7th August at 10-30am. We appeal to all to support these where possoble.
Yours Greatfully
Eithna Burke
Chairperson Cobh Peoples Regatta
