Cobh sporting successes, Kieran Histon and Jess Bruton officially launched a “Super Sports Draw” in aid of Cobh Youth Services in Keen on Sport on 6th October 2016.
The “Super Sports Draw” includes prizes such as All Ireland Final 2017 tickets, Premier League tickets, a voucher for Keen on Sports, a “Pull Like a Dog” tshirt signed by Olympic Medallists, Paul and Gary O’ Donovan and more! Tickets are now on sale from Cobh Youth Services, Top of the Hill and Cobh Re-Store, West Beach.
Cobh Youth Services were delighted to have locals Kieran Histon, and Jess Bruton to launch the draw. Kieran and Jess have both excelled in their fields with Kieran gaining a place on the Cork Senior Football Panel and Jess consistently achieving podium finishes in her age category in triathlon competitions.
Sr Emmanuel, President of Cobh Youth Services, gave the following statement “Both Kieran and Jess are an inspiration to all young people in Cobh and we are delighted to have such high achieving young sports people here to launch this fundraising endeavour in aid of the youth of Cobh”.
All money raised from the draw goes directly to Cobh Youth Services which provides much need support to the young people of Cobh through its afterschool programme and dedicated Youth Café.
Draw will take place on Top of the Hill on 26th November 2016.
