The girls U10 & U12 football teams recently competed in their first tournament in Clonmel and had great success winning seven of their ten matches.
These are new age groups for this year and were started up under the GAA’s “Gaelic for Girls” nationwide programme. Since starting in April numbers steadily increased and football is proving very popular with the younger girls. New players are welcome to join, training takes place on Tuesday evenings (5pm – 6pm) GAA top pitch.
