A mixed bag of results for our girls this week. Our Junior’s had a resounding win against Sars in riverstown on a scoreline of 4.02 to 0.03 great performance by all in this 1st round championship match, whilst at the same time on Sunday our U13’s went down in their Imokilly semi-final encounter with old rivals Carrigtohill in a hard fought game in which we led early on in the 2nd half our visitors proved too strong in the end finishing well on top.
Our U15’s have earned their place in the Imokilly final against the winners of Youghal/Dungourney….time and venue tbd….well done girls.
Our U14’s continue their prep work for their upcoming County Semi v’s Youghal….keep up the great work girls.
Cobh Camogie asks all our adult members to support the GAA Club fundraiser POKER CLASSIC on Friday 31st Aug in the club pavillion…register between 6.30 and 7.30 for bonus chips.
