Notice is given that Cobh Town Council intends making Bye-Laws in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 199 of the Local Government Act 2001 and Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995. These Bye-Laws make provision for the regulation of Casual Trading within the functional area of Cobh Town Council.
A copy of the Bye-Laws may be purchased at the Town Hall, Carrig House, Cobh on payment of a fee of €3.00 and may also be inspected free of charge at the Town Hall during normal opening hours.
The Bye-Laws will be on public display up to and including Friday 10 June, 2011.
Persons wishing to make observations on the Bye-Laws should submit same in writing before 5 p.m. on Friday 24 June, 2011.
